I am a qualified practitioner in TotalSDI, Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Hay and Situational Leadership and I often use these tools, theories and knowledge in my approach. We identify the strengths and skills you need to make the changes you desire and can therefore manage any risks involved.
Due to my many years in learning and development I am able to provide a ton of helpful exercises, resources, practical, actionable and repeatable ways to craft out your goals. Each person is different and I bear that in mind.
